Movie Haven utilizes Amazon's web services to provide detailed information to viewers. Products are actually sold through Third Party Sellers, where some products are new and others are used. Because products are sold through third parties, feedback from previous customers to that seller are provided. Usually comments found there include the quality of the item recieved as well as timeliness. All sellers are rated on a 5.0 scale. An overall rating is provided as well as ratings for each review. Details on the seller include up to 50 reviews sorted starting from the most recent purchase to the last. This way, any customer can investigate the quality of the seller and the seller has incentive to provide good service to the customer in order to recieve (or maintian) a high rating.
Is the Payment Secure?Movie Haven helps customers find movies they want, choose an offer for that movie, view information on the seller they want to purchase from, and manage a cart of movies. When a customer reaches the point where they would like to checkout, Movie Haven sends them to Amazon with all of the cart information to checkout. After the purchase is made, Amazon sends a confirmation e-mail and guarentees product delivery. Depending on the seller, one may recieve an e-mail from them as well confirming the purchase and shipment information.
