My name is Alex Esplin. I'm 28 years old and I'm a Computer Science major at BYU. Yes, I'm a little older than most of my classmates. Yes, I'm aware that if I had stayed in the army I'd be 9 years from retirement. But that's all beside the point.
I started school at age 23, after meeting my wife, Nicole, and deciding that a slightly more orthodox outlook on life would probably be desirable if I really wanted to convince her that I was marriage material. I changed majors twice, and here I am, a certified geek, who will graduate someday.
